Strength Training
ARX Technology is the gold standard for strength training and replaces 2,000 square feet of traditional weight room with just two units. Adaptive Resistance allows clients to lift appropriate to their skill and strength level in a safe, controlled manner.

Vasper Systems was invented on the Big Island in conjunction with NASA. These machines are now found in many professional athletic facilities including the NFL because of their unique ability to stimulate muscle growth and hormone production without negatively impacting the body with stress, fatigue, or muscle damage.

CAROL Bike
Zone 2 & 5 Cardio
CAROL is an AI-adapted spin bike that adapts perfectly to each user’s fitness level, providing the perfect workout every time you ride. Using heart rate monitoring and pressure sensors, she learns how you ride and responds to your heart rate to give you a uniquely adapted cardio session.
3D Nutrition Consult
A 3D Nutrition Consult begins with a 3D body composition scan on Styku Phoenix AI technology. Infra red body composition scanning captures critical data on healthmarkers like skeletal muscle mass, bone density, adipose tissue, and more, all used to build you a custom meal plan designed to achieve your goals.
